DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE

The 6 Hour Defensive Driving Course is available only online. This course helps to refresh your knowledge with a review of time-tested safe driving tips and an overview of today's vehicle and traffic laws. All drivers licensed by the State of New York are eligible for the Point and Insurance Reduction Program, which has been approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles. COMPLETION OF THE DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE ENTITLES YOU TO:

• A 10% Reduction in Base Rates of Your Auto & Motorcycle Liability & Collision Insurance Premiums (Each Year for Three Years)
• Up to Four Points off Your NYS Driving Record (Valid for Violations Incurred within the 18 Months Prior to the Course)
• Continuing Education Credit for All Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) Drivers
